Post 2

In this section of my book I think that Doc realizes that just because something is new does not make it better. He realizes that just because something is dated does not mean it is useless. There are a lot of memories in the old stadium and that is why he chooses to keep it.

Characters Post

Doc in The Boy Who Saved Baseball changes throughout the text because he wants the Baseball field to be a new and improved stadium for the team that everyone "he thinks" will want. He changes because throughout the  text he wants to keep the stadium that they have now. He realizes that there are to many memories on that field.

Book Recommendations

I reccomend this book if you enjoy sports reading novels. Also if you enjoy baseball. This book is about a team that is not that good that has tryouts and they play a team that is very good to see who wins the field. I enjoy this book very much because baseball is my life.

Theme and Summary Redo

The theme of the story is that new things are not always so good. This is because the Dilliontown team does not want a new stadium but the All star team up the road want them to get a bew stadium so that they can use it. This theme applies throughout the story because the city counsil members want to get new buildings and a whole new enviorment. The Dilliontown team has to play the all stars but the team they are playing is very good. If the Dilliontown team wins they get to choose how the park is and what they do with it. But if the All stars win they choose what to do with the field.
